Meat Free Choices
The definition of a vegetarian diet is one that doesn’t include meat, poultry, game or fish. Vegetarians do eat by-products of animals if they haven’t been killed for this purpose, e.g. eggs, cheese. The important nutrients that are found in meat and fish are also present in other food groups, so there’s really no need to miss out on goodness or good food.
Types of vegetarians
