We have an ambitious development programme. And that means we’re always looking for sites.
We’re interested in freehold or leasehold town centre or edge-of-town sites that can accommodate an approximately 20,000sqft store with around 100 parking spaces.
Standard Store Format - Full Specification:
- A circa 1 ½ acre site, but we’ll also consider smaller sites in specific locations
- Main road frontage with good visibility and access
- Located in town centres or edge-of-centre
- We’re happy to acquire freehold and leasehold sites, either individually or in groups
