This data is used for the purposes of managing and keeping track of visitors, site security, and to ensure your health and safety whilst on ALDI premises.

Our lawful basis for processing your data is (a) the processing is necessary to comply with our obligations pursuant to health and safety laws and/or (b) the processing is necessary for our legitimate interests i.e. ensuring site security and protecting public health.

Your personal data may be shared with third parties (e.g. emergency services, government and regulatory agencies) in the event of an incident, concern or official requirement such as assisting with test and contract tracing purposes regarding the coronavirus epidemic.

We have put in place appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of your personal data against unauthorised or unlawful processing, and against accidental loss, destruction or damage.
