Air Fryer Apple & Blackberry Crumble

Ingredients
- 4 Large Bramley Apples
- 120g Blackberries
- 30g Caster Sugar
- 2 tbsp Water
- 125g Plain Flour
- 75g Oats
- 100g Unsalted Butter (room temperature)
- 30g Demerara Sugar
Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 170˚C and grease or line your air fryer basket.
- Peel the apples and chop into small chunks then place into the air fryer basket along with the blackberries, caster sugar and water and mix.
- Cook for 10 minutes then stir and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
- While the fruit cooks use your fingers to rub the butter into the flour, oats and sugar to make the crumble topping.
- When the apples have softened top with the crumble mixture and cook for 10-15 minutes until golden.
- Serve warm topped with custard or ice cream.
