Air Fryer Banana Chips

Ingredients
- 2 Bananas
- 1 tbsp. Olive oil
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- ½ tsp. Salt
Method
- Pre-heat air fryer to 170°C.
- Slice the bananas thinly into 2-3mm slices.
- Place the banana slices into a bowl with the olive oil, salt and paprika and mix to coat.
- Place slices in an even layer in the air fryer (you may have to cook them in batches) and cook for 5-10 minutes then flip and cook for another 5-10 minutes.
- The banana chips are done when they are crispy so keep checking them and flipping until a crisp texture is achieved and serve.
