Sticky Pigs in Blankets

Serves:  12 people | Prep time:  10 minutes | Cooking time:  15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 375g pack Chipolatas
  • 12 slices Streaky Bacon
  • 50g Squeezy Honey
  • 10g Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard

Method

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4.
  2. In the meantime, mix the honey, soy sauce and mustard together.
  3. Wrap a slice of bacon around each sausage.
  4. Put them on a baking sheet.
  5. Brush each one with the glaze, then bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve alongside the rest of the glaze as a dip.
