Christmas Swiss Roll Trifle

Ingredients
- 1 x 245g Strawberry Swiss Roll
- 1 x 135g pack Raspberry Jelly
- 1 x 500g Carton Custard
- 200g Fresh Raspberries
- 1 x 300ml Double Cream
- 80g Choceur White Chocolate
- Silver Baubles to Decorate
Method
- Break up the jelly into squares and put into a bowl.
- Pour over 300ml boiling water and stir to dissolve.
- Add 225ml cold water and stir through – allow to cool.
- Slice the Swiss roll into 8 slices.
- Line the sides of the dish with the slices of Swiss role.
- Pour in the semi set jelly and the fresh raspberries – allow to set.
- Top with the custard.
- Whip the cream and pipe on the top.
- Using a peeler -peel curls off the chocolate block.
- Decorate with the white chocolate curls and the silver baubles or add a little something extra by using the white chocolate as decorative shards poking out of the trifle.
- Put in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
