Simple Baked Camembert 3 Ways

Ingredients
- 1 French Camembert

Topping 1: Garlic & Rosemary
- 1 Garlic Clove, thinly sliced
- 2-3 Sprigs of Rosemary
- Drizzle of Olive Oil
Topping 2: Chilli & Garlic
- 1 Garlic Clove, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp of Dried Chilli Flakes
- Salt and Pepper
Topping 3: Cranberry & Walnut
- 1 tbsp Cranberry Sauce
- Handful of Walnuts
Serving suggestions
- Fresh bread, croutons, crudités or crackers
Method
Topping 1: Garlic & Rosemary
- Pre-heat the oven to 200°C Fan/220°C Electric/Gas Mark 7.
- Score a cross into the top of the Camembert.
- Finely slice a peeled garlic clove and add to the top of the cheese. Sprinkle the rosemary springs and drizzle the olive oil.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese has melted and is hot throughout.
Topping 2: Chilli and Garlic
- Pre-heat the oven to 200°C Fan/220°C Electric/Gas Mark 7.
- Score a cross into the top of the Camembert.
- Finely slice a peeled garlic clove and add to the top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle the dried chilli flakes and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese has melted and is hot throughout.
Topping 3: Cranberry & Walnut
- Pre-heat the oven to 200°C Fan/220°C Electric/Gas Mark 7.
- Score a cross into the top of the Camembert.
- Finely chop the dried walnuts.
- Add the cranberry sauce and sprinkle the chopped walnuts on top of the cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese has melted and is hot throughout.
