Green Smoothie Bowl

If you’re a fan of wheatgrass – which has especially high levels of vitamins A, C and E, plus antioxidants – this easy smoothie recipe is a great way to get your daily dose!

Ingredients

  • 40g Baby Spinach Leaves
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Satsuma
  • 5g Wheatgrass Powder
  • 100ml Pressed Apple Juice
  • To decorate – Banana, Strawberries, Satsumas, Blueberries and Cashew Nuts

  

Method

  1. Peel the banana and chop.
  2. Half the satsuma and juice.
  3. Put the spinach, banana, apple and satsuma juice into a blender, along with the wheatgrass powder and process until smooth.
  4. Pour into your favourite bowl and decorate the top with fruits and nuts to make a funny face or pretty design!
