Overnight Berry and Oats

Ingredients
- 100g Porridge Oats
- 350ml Coconut Water
- 1 heaped tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 350g Frozen Summer Fruits
- 5 tsp Chia Seeds
- 250g 0% fat Greek Yogurt
- 35g Squeezy Honey
- 1 x 70g pack Tropical Blend Dried Fruit
Method
- Put the oats and the coconut water into a bowl, stir in 3 teaspoons of the chai seeds and the ground cinnamon and mix well. Cover and put in the fridge overnight.
- Mix the honey, the remaining chai seeds and the yogurt together in another bowl and refrigerate overnight.
- Liquidise the frozen berries and put in the fridge.
- The next morning, layer the oats, berry purée, and the yogurt. Top with the tropical mix dried fruit, drizzle with a little extra honey and serve.
