Strawberry Melon and Chia Seed Overnight Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 x 200g Strawberry Protein Pouch
  • 50g The Foodie Market Whole Chia Seeds
  • 1 x 200g Vanilla Yogurt Protein Pot
  • 125ml Actileaf Soya Milk

To garnish:

  • 150g Everyday Essentials Wonky Strawberries, diced
  • 150g Galia Melon, diced

  

Method

  1. Combine the strawberry protein pouch, chia seeds, vanilla yogurt and soya milk in a mixing bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Divide the mix between 4 serving glasses.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight, for at least 8 hours, up to 4 days.
  4. Top each glass with the strawberries and melon before serving.
