Strawberry Melon and Chia Seed Overnight Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 x 200g Strawberry Protein Pouch
- 50g The Foodie Market Whole Chia Seeds
- 1 x 200g Vanilla Yogurt Protein Pot
- 125ml Actileaf Soya Milk
To garnish:
- 150g Everyday Essentials Wonky Strawberries, diced
- 150g Galia Melon, diced
Method
- Combine the strawberry protein pouch, chia seeds, vanilla yogurt and soya milk in a mixing bowl and stir to combine.
- Divide the mix between 4 serving glasses.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight, for at least 8 hours, up to 4 days.
- Top each glass with the strawberries and melon before serving.
