Almond Butter Ginger Biscuits

Healthy biscuits? This quick, tasty recipe for ginger biscuits uses spirulina, packed with vitamins and minerals and, in particular, vitamin C. They’re dairy-free, vegan and utterly delicious!

Ingredients
- 150g Ground Almonds
- 70g Almond Butter
- 1 heaped tsp Ground Ginger
- 10g Spirulina Powder
- 70ml Maple Syrup
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
Method
- Pre-heat your oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4.
- Put all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into 10 balls.
- Flatten them out slightly with the palm of your hand.
- Bake on a greased baking sheet for about 15 minutes, until golden.
- Leave to cool and enjoy.
