- 25g Cocoa Powder
- 125g Caster Sugar
- Pinch of Salt
- 125ml Milk
- 1 Medium Egg
- 30g Vegetable Oil
Chocolate Glaze
- 100g Dark Chocolate
- 30ml Double Cream
- 1 tbsp Butter
To Decorate
- 25g Dark Chocolate
- 80g Mini Eggs
- 6 Hole metal doughnut tin greased with butter
