Grilled Honey Strawberry Brochettes with White Chocolate Cream

Ingredients

  • 400g Strawberries
  • 4 x teaspoons Grandessa honey
  • 100g Choceur white chocolate
  • 100ml British single cream
  • 4 x Wooden skewers

  

Method

  1. Break up the chocolate and put in a small glass bowl along with the cream.
  2. Put the bowl over a pan of boiling water, making sure the bottom of the glass does not touch the water, stir till the chocolate has melted, then remove the bowl from the pan and allow to cool.
  3. Cut the strawberries in half if they are large, then wash well and divide them between the four skewers.
  4. Preheat the grill to high.
  5. Put the 4 skewers on a baking tray lined with tin foil.
  6. Brush over the honey.
  7. Grill for about 7 mins, till they are just browning.
  8. Serve alongside the white chocolate sauce.
