Mango Frozen Yoghurt

Sweet, tangy and wonderfully zesty. This frozen yoghurt is perfect for a warm day.

Ingredients
- 2 ripe Mangoes
- 500g Brooklea Greek Style Yogurt
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 6g Fresh Mint
- 25g Light Soft Brown Sugar
Method
- Cut the flesh from the mangoes.
- Roughly chop the mint.
- Put the mango flesh, lemon juice, yogurt, sugar and mint into a food processor and liquidise until smooth.
- Pour into a plastic container and freeze overnight.
