Mango Frozen Yoghurt

Sweet, tangy and wonderfully zesty. This frozen yoghurt is perfect for a warm day.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe Mangoes
  • 500g Brooklea Greek Style Yogurt
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 6g Fresh Mint
  • 25g Light Soft Brown Sugar

  

Method

  1. Cut the flesh from the mangoes.
  2. Roughly chop the mint.
  3. Put the mango flesh, lemon juice, yogurt, sugar and mint into a food processor and liquidise until smooth.
  4. Pour into a plastic container and freeze overnight.
