Sink your teeth into these ghoulishly glorious strawberries with a twist.

Ingredients

• 227g Strawberries
• 100g White Chocolate
• 100g Liquorice Allsorts (3 plain and 5 white)
• ½ tsp Coconut Oil

  

Method

1. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
2. Break the white chocolate into pieces and place in a small bowl with the coconut oil.
3. Microwave on high for 20 second bursts, stirring until smooth.
4. Take a teaspoon and drizzle the chocolate over the strawberries, leaving a gap for the eyes.
5. Remove the white layer of the liquorice and use a metal straw to create lots of white circles.
6. Cut the black liquorice into tiny pieces, roll into balls and stick on top of the white circles.
7. Use some of the chocolate to glue the eyes onto the strawberries.
8. Chill for around one hour, until set.
