White Chocolate Strawberry Roses

Gift a different kind of bouquet this Mother’s Day with our White Chocolate Strawberry Roses.

Ingredients

  • 20 large Strawberries
  • 400g White Chocolate
  • 20g White Chocolate Stars Sprinkles
  • 40g Strawberry Laces, finely chopped
  • 40g Fizzy Strawberry Laces, finely chopped
  • 100g Mini Marshmallows, finely chopped
  • 20 Wooden Kebab Sticks

  

Method

  1. Remove the leaves, wipe the strawberries and put a kebab stick into each base to create a stem.
  2. Break up the chocolate and place in a heatproof bowl. Place over a pan of simmering water, making sure the bottom of the bowl doesn’t touch the water.
  3. Stir the chocolate a couple of times until melted.
  4. Remove the bowl and dip one a strawberry into the melted chocolate, turning to coat it.
  5. Sprinkle over some of the chopped sweet sprinkles, then place on the baking paper to harden.
  6. Repeat with the other strawberries, using different sprinkles.
  7. Once set, add a few sprigs of flowers and gently wrap up as a bouquet.
