Avocado and Berry Power Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 x Ripe avocado
- 130g x 4 Seasons frozen summer fruits – defrosted
- 300ml Almond Drink
- 10ml Manuka honey
- Juice x 1 lime
- 5g Wheatgrass powder
Method
- Halve the avocado, remove and discard the stone and scoop out the flesh.
- Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend till smooth and creamy.
- Serve immediately.
