Banana and Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • 10g Fresh Ginger, peeled
  • 150g pot Specially Selected Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Grandessa Honey
  • 100ml Del Rivo Apple Juice

  

Method

  1. Peel and chop the banana.
  2. Dice the ginger.
  3. Put all the ingredients into the smoothie maker.
  4. Pulse for 2-3 minutes until well blended then serve.
