Boozy Pumpkin Milkshake

This milkshake is the perfect grown-up treat!

Ingredients
- 400ml Madagascan Vanilla Ice Cream
- 150ml Semi Skimmed Milk
- 3 tbsp Pumpkin Purée
- 100ml Spiced Rum
- ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
- Cowbelle Real Dairy Whipped Cream, to serve
- Dessert Menu Caramel Sauce, enough to decorate the glass
- 4 tbsp Demerara Sugar, to decorate the glasses and sprinkle
- 2 Cinnamon Sticks, to garnish (optional)
Method
- Pour the sugar onto a saucer.
- Cover the rim of a glass with caramel sauce and place it rim down in the sugar to coat the edges.
- Place the glass in the freezer to chill for a few minutes.
- Take the caramel sauce and swirl round the inside of the glass, creating a pattern and pop it back in the freezer to set.
- Add all the ingredients to a blender, except the whipped cream.
- Blend until smooth and pour into two milkshake glasses.
- Top with cream and sprinkle with brown sugar and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
