Ballycastle Martini

Ballycastle, Vodka and Coffee Cocktail, simple yet delicious!

Serves: 2 people | Prep time: 5 minutes | Cooking time: 1 minute

French | Gluten Free | Vegetarian

Ingredients

  • 150ml Ballycastle with amaretto
  • 100ml Saint Germont Vodka
  • 100ml Boiling Water
  • 2 heaped tsp Alcafe Gold Blend
  • Few Coffee Beans to decorate

Method

  1. Pour the boiling water over the coffee and allow to cool
  2. Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice
  3. Add the coffee, Ballycastle and vodka
  4. Shake well
  5. Pour into two large chilled martini glasses
  6. Allow to settle – then top with a few coffee beans and serve
