Ballycastle Piña Colada

Ingredients

  • 60ml Ballycastle Colada Country Cream
  • 80g Fresh Pineapple Chunks
  • 30ml Coconut Milk
  • Juice of ½ Lime
  • Handful Ice Cubes
  • Lime slice, to serve

  

Method

  1. Save a few pineapple chunks for decoration and put the rest in a blender.
  2. Add the Ballycastle, coconut milk and lime juice.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Serve in a tall glass garnished with the pineapple chunks and a slice of lime.
