Ballycastle Piña Colada

Ingredients
- 60ml Ballycastle Colada Country Cream
- 80g Fresh Pineapple Chunks
- 30ml Coconut Milk
- Juice of ½ Lime
- Handful Ice Cubes
- Lime slice, to serve
Method
- Save a few pineapple chunks for decoration and put the rest in a blender.
- Add the Ballycastle, coconut milk and lime juice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve in a tall glass garnished with the pineapple chunks and a slice of lime.
