Ingredients
- 60ml Gin
- 60ml freshly squeezed Grapefruit, pink or ruby
- Pinch of Cinnamon
- 1 Fresh Rosemary Sprig
- Ice
- Wedge of Grapefruit and large sprig Rosemary, to decorate
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker a third full of ice.
- Add the gin, grapefruit juice, cinnamon and a small sprig of rosemary and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a glass and decorate with the grapefruit wedge.
- Place the large rosemary sprig in the drink and set fire to the end, which will smoke and release the herbs scent. Serve and enjoy!
