Festive Greyhound

Ingredients

  • 60ml Gin
  • 60ml freshly squeezed Grapefruit, pink or ruby
  • Pinch of Cinnamon
  • 1 Fresh Rosemary Sprig
  • Ice
  • Wedge of Grapefruit and large sprig Rosemary, to decorate

Method

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker a third full of ice.
  2. Add the gin, grapefruit juice, cinnamon and a small sprig of rosemary and shake vigorously.
  3. Strain into a glass and decorate with the grapefruit wedge.
  4. Place the large rosemary sprig in the drink and set fire to the end, which will smoke and release the herbs scent. Serve and enjoy!
