Festive Tom Collins

Ingredients

  • 60ml Cranberry & Clementine Gin
  • Juice of ½ a Lemon
  • 100ml Sparkling Apple & Elderflower Water
  • Ice

To garnish

  • Fresh Cranberries, Rosemary and Clementine Slices

Method

  1. Fill a tall tumbler a third full of ice.
  2. In another tumbler, mix the gin and lemon juice together.
  3. Pour over the ice and top with the sparkling water.
  4. Stir through some cranberries, then decorate with clementine slices and rosemary and serve.
