Festive Tom Collins

Ingredients
- 60ml Cranberry & Clementine Gin
- Juice of ½ a Lemon
- 100ml Sparkling Apple & Elderflower Water
- Ice
To garnish
- Fresh Cranberries, Rosemary and Clementine Slices
Method
- Fill a tall tumbler a third full of ice.
- In another tumbler, mix the gin and lemon juice together.
- Pour over the ice and top with the sparkling water.
- Stir through some cranberries, then decorate with clementine slices and rosemary and serve.
