Gin Fudge
Recipe
Combine delicious white chocolate, gin and limes for a super sweet, alcohol infused treat.

Ingredients
- 75ml Gin
- 600g White chocolate
- 80g Icing Sugar
- 1 x 397g Tin Condensed Milk
- Grated Zest x 2 Limes
- 1 x 20cm Square Baking Tin (lined with some non-stick paper)
Method
- Break up the chocolate.
- Place chunks into a large heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water, make sure the bottom of the bowl doesn’t touch the water.
- Once half melted add the condensed milk and mix into the melting chocolate.
- Sieve the icing sugar and fold into the mix.
- Add the gin and half the zest and mix well.
- Pour into the prepared tin, sprinkle over the remaining zest and allow to cool.
- Refrigerate overnight then cut into squares.
