Raspberry Ripple Country Cream Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 70ml Raspberry Country Cream
  • 25ml Stefanoff Vodka
  • 20ml Fresh Orange Juice
  • 50g Fresh Raspberries
  • Ice cubes
  • Raspberries and orange rind to decorate

  

Method

  1. Mash the raspberries with the fresh orange juice and put the pulp through a strainer (remember to discard the seeds). Put the puree to one side.
  2. Put the country cream and the vodka in a cocktail shaker with some ice and shake well.
  3. Strain into a coupe glass then swirl over the raspberry puree and serve decorated with some raspberries and orange rind.
