Raspberry Ripple Country Cream Cocktail

Ingredients
- 70ml Raspberry Country Cream
- 25ml Stefanoff Vodka
- 20ml Fresh Orange Juice
- 50g Fresh Raspberries
- Ice cubes
- Raspberries and orange rind to decorate
Method
- Mash the raspberries with the fresh orange juice and put the pulp through a strainer (remember to discard the seeds). Put the puree to one side.
- Put the country cream and the vodka in a cocktail shaker with some ice and shake well.
- Strain into a coupe glass then swirl over the raspberry puree and serve decorated with some raspberries and orange rind.
