Rosé Sangria Pitcher

Knock up a refreshing pitcher for those sun-filled garden evenings with family and friends.

Ingredients
- 1 bottle chilled Sparkling Rosé Wine
- 250ml Vodka
- 125g Strawberries
- 125g Raspberries
- 70g Pomegranate Seeds
- 1 Pink Grapefruit
- Juice of 2 Lemons
- 500ml Sparkling Apple & Elderflower Water
- Fresh Mint Leaves
- Ice
Method
- Put the lemon juice and the pomegranate seeds together in a bowl and muddle with the back of a wooden spoon to release the flavours and juice.
- Put this in a large pitcher along with the rosé wine and vodka.
- Cut the grapefruit into quarters and slice them thinly.
- Slice the strawberries and add along with the raspberries and grapefruit.
- Pour in the sparkling water and some fresh mint.
- Add some ice and mix well.
- Serve in chilled wine glasses with sprigs of mint.
