Spooky White Russian

Double cream and toffee sauce meet cream liqueur and vodka for an extra spooky cocktail.

Ingredients
- 90ml Double Cream
- 90ml Vodka
- 90ml Ballycastle Chocolate, Caramel & Hazelnut Cream
- 2 tbsp Toffee Sauce
- 2-3 Drops Orange Food Colouring
- Pinch of Ground Cinnamon
- Pinch of Ground Ginger
Garnish:
- 140ml Double Cream
- 1 tsp Caster Sugar
- 2 Caramelised Biscuits
- 4 tbsp Toffee Sauce
- 6 Chocolate Chips
Method
- Whip the double cream and caster sugar together until thickened and crush the caramelised biscuit to form crumbs. Dip the rim of 2 short glasses into the caramel sauce and then the crumbs.
- Place all the ingredients for the drink into a cocktail shaker, with ice and shake for 30 seconds. Pour through a strainer into the glasses.
- Top with a dollop of the whipped cream to resemble a ghost, add chocolate chip eyes, then serve.
