Ingredients

• 25ml Gherkin/Pickle Juice
• 140ml Saint Germont Premium French Vodka
• 1-2 drops Green Food Colouring
• Ice

To serve:

• 2 Martini Glasses
• 2 Gherkins

  

Method

1. Place all cocktail ingredients into a cocktail shaker, along with the ice.
2. Shake for 60 seconds, then strain equally into the martini glasses.
3. Garnish each glass with a gherkin and serve.
