Ingredients
- 1 x 275g pack Specially Selected mango chunks
- 1 x 220g pack Specially Selected melon Chunks
- 25g peeled fresh ginger
- 80g Greek Authentic yoghurt
- 80ml coconut water
Method
- Chop the ginger into small chunks.
- Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
