Minted Lamb Burger

These tender lamb burgers are perfect for both lunches and dinners.

Ingredients
- 500g Lamb leg steaks
- 4 x Specially Selected seeded burger buns
- 1 x tsp Dried mixed herbs
- 70g Mayonnaise
- 1 x tsp Mint sauce
- Half iceberg lettuce
- 4 x Salad tomatoes
- 1 x Red onion
- Sea salt and black pepper
Method
- Chop the lamb into small chunks.
- Put into a food processor, add the mixed herbs, season with salt and pepper and process till the lamb is minced.
- Divide into four.
- Roll into a ball and then flatter into 4 patties.
- Preheat the airfryer to 180°C.
- Put the burgers onto the fry tray.
- Close the fry basket and cook for 15 mins.
- Toast the cut sides of the buns.
- Mix the mint sauce with the mayo.
- Top the bun bases with lettuce, sliced tomato and red onion.
- Top with a burger, drizzle over the minted mayo – top with the bun lid and serve.
