Mixed Bean Chilli

A warming chilli the whole family will enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 x 400g Tin Mixed Beans
- 1 x 400g Tin Chopped Tinned Tomatoes
- 1 x 400g Tin Kidney Beans
- 1 x 390g Tin Green Lentils
- 1 x 50g Sachet Chilli Con Carne Seasoning
- 1 x 1kg Long Grain Rice
- 1 x 200g Pack Tortilla Chips
- 1 x 30g Cut Coriander
- 200ml Warm Water
Method
- In a bowl mix the seasoning with the warm water.
- Drain the mixed beans, kidney beans and lentils and put these into a pan.
- Add the tinned tomatoes, and the chilli paste.
- Stir well and bring to the boil, turn down the heat and simmer for 5 mins.
- Sprinkle the cut coriander over the chilli.
- Cook the rice as instructions on the pack.
- Serve the chilli alongside the rice and Tortilla chips.
