Ravioli Lasagne

This simple yet tasty meal can be prepped in 5 minutes and cooked in 30!

Ingredients
- 800g Bramwells Ravioli
- 4 x Cumberland sausages
- 400g Chopped tomatoes with herbs
- 170g Fresh spinach
- 200g Grated mozzarella cheese
- A pinch of Salt and cracked black pepper Basil to garnish -optional
Method
- Preheat the oven to 190°C/170°C Fan/ Gas Mark 5.
- Chop the spinach roughly.
- Take the sausages and remove the skins. Chop into small pieces and fry in a heavy based deep sided frying pan with a little oil for 5-6 minutes on a high heat.
- Turn the heat down slightly and add the spinach and tomatoes and stir for a couple of minutes until the spinach has wilted, add the ravioli and mix gently allowing it to heat for about 5 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into a deep rectangular lasagne dish 17cm x 26cm.
- Top with grated mozzarella cheese & bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is golden and the lasagne bubbles.
- Season with salt and pepper and basil (optional).
