Ravioli Lasagne

This simple yet tasty meal can be prepped in 5 minutes and cooked in 30!

Ingredients

  • 800g Bramwells Ravioli
  • 4 x Cumberland sausages
  • 400g Chopped tomatoes with herbs
  • 170g Fresh spinach
  • 200g Grated mozzarella cheese
  • A pinch of Salt and cracked black pepper Basil to garnish -optional

  

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C/170°C  Fan/ Gas Mark 5.
  2. Chop the spinach roughly.
  3. Take the sausages and remove the skins. Chop into small pieces and fry in a heavy based deep sided frying pan with a little oil for 5-6 minutes on a high heat.
  4. Turn the heat down slightly and add the spinach and tomatoes and stir for a couple of minutes until the spinach has wilted, add the ravioli and mix gently allowing it to heat for about 5 minutes.
  5. Pour the mixture into a deep rectangular lasagne dish 17cm x 26cm.
  6. Top with grated mozzarella cheese & bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is golden and the lasagne bubbles.
  7. Season with salt and pepper and basil (optional).
