Turkey Burgers

These turkey burgers are a hit with everyone - plus they're healthier than your average burger.

Ingredients
- 450g Turkey Mince
- 4 x Spring Onions
- 70ml Greek yoghurt
- 100g Fresh breadcrumbs – made from 2 slices village bakery sliced bread
- Sea salt and black pepper
- 1 x pack 4 Burger buns
- Tomato, lettuce, red onion, cucumber and mayonnaise to serve
Method
- Wipe, trim and thinly slice the spring onions.
- In a large bowl mix the mince, spring onion slices, yoghurt and breadcrumbs – season with some salt and pepper and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into 4 and roll into balls.
- Flatten into burger shapes – put into the fridge to set for 10 mins.
- Pre heat the airfryer to 180°C.
- Put the burgers onto the fry tray – don’t overlap.
- Close the fry basket and cook for 20 mins.
- Meanwhile toast the cut sides of the burger buns.
- Spread some mayo on the bases – then some slices tomato, lettuce leaves, red onion and cucumber.
- Top with a burger, then the bread top and serve.
