Ultimate Turkey Burger

Tasty turkey burgers served with streaky bacon and French brie.

Ingredients
- 4 x Turkey Burgers
- 1 x pack 4 Specially Selected Seeded Brioche Burger Buns
- 100g French Brie
- 8 x Specially Selected Smoked Dry Cured Streaky Bacon Rashers
- 80g Mayonnaise
- 80g Specially Selected Plum and Apple Chutney
- 2 x Large Vine Tomatoes
- 1 x Small Red Onion
- 1 x Little Gem Lettuce
Method
- Barbecue or grill the bacon rashers until crisp. Barbecue or grill the burgers as per instructions on the pack.
- Slice the brie and put on top of the burgers to melt. Toast the buns.
- Peel and slice the onion, slice the tomatoes and split the lettuce up. Fill each burger bun with tomato and red onion slices, lettuce, mayo and chutney. Top with a melted-brie burger and crisp bacon rashers and serve.
