Cheesy Hash Brown Bites

Our Cheesy Hash Brown Bites are a wonderful appetiser, or a delicious addition to your English breakfast.

Ingredients
- 1 x 225g block Grilling Cheese
- 12 Hash Browns, defrosted
- 60g Plain Flour
- 1 flat tsp Paprika
- 2 medium Eggs
- Salt and Black Pepper
- Peri Peri Sauce, to serve
Method
- Cut the cheese into 18 cubes.
- Put the flour and paprika in a bowl and season with some salt and pepper.
- Break the eggs in another bowl and whisk well.
- Break up the hash browns into bits.
- Dip the cubes of cheese in the flour to coat, then in the egg wash and then in the potato bits, roll in the palm of your hand into a ball, making sure the cheese is covered with the potato.
- Cook in an air fryer at 180ºC for 15 minutes or until they’re golden and crispy – cook in two lots of 8.
- Serve alongside the peri peri sauce to dip.
