Ingredients
Horseradish and Chive
- 125g Greenvale Salted Butter, at room temperature
- 10g Chives or Green Stem of Spring Onion
- 20g Bramwells Horseradish
Paprika and Tomato
- 125g Greenvale Salted Butter, at room temperature
- 1 heaped tsp Stonemill Paprika
- 20g Cucina Tomato Purée
Garlic and Parsley
- 125g Greenvale Salted Butter
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 10g fresh Parsley
Method
Horseradish and Chive
- Finely dice the chives or spring onion. Put the butter, chives or spring onion and horseradish together in a bowl. Mix well and then divide into 6 – make into rounds and chill.
Paprika and Tomato
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until well blended. Divide into 6 portions – make into rounds and chill.
Garlic and Parsley
- Peel and finely dice the garlic or put through a garlic press. Finely chop the parsley. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Divide into 6 – make into rounds and chill.
