Paprika Chips with Shawarma Dip

A spicy twist on on everyone's favourite side: the humble chip.

Ingredients
- 500g Skin On Fries
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic Granules
- 30ml Sunflower Oil
For the dip:
- 100g Houmous
- 20ml Medium Peri Peri Sauce
- 20ml Lemon Juice
- ½ flat tsp Smoked Paprika
Method
- Place the oil, garlic granules and paprika into a large bowl and mix.
- Add the fries and toss gently in the oil.
- Cook in the air fryer for 15 minutes, shaking the tray occasionally.
- Meanwhile, combine all the ingredients together to make the dip.
- Serve the fries with the dip.
