Pears in Blankets

Ingredients
- 3 Miniature Pears
- 6 Rashers Specially Selected Unsmoked Dry Cured Streaky Bacon
- 20ml Maple Syrup
- 12 Cocktail Sticks
Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/Gas Mark 6.
- Cut the pears into quarters, lengthways, and remove any pips.
- Using a knife, stretch out the bacon rashers on a chopping board and cut each rasher in half.
- Wrap each pear segment with a slice of bacon and secure with a cocktail stick.
- Place onto a baking tray and drizzle over the maple syrup.
- Roast in the oven for 15 minutes and serve immediately.
