Superbowl Buffalo Chicken Wings

These wings will be a a sure fire winner with everyone!

Ingredients
- 1kg Chicken Wings
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 3 tsp Chilli & Garlic Seasoning
- 2 tsp Dried Oregano
- ½ tsp Salt
- 100ml Red Hot Buffalo Wings Sauce
- 5g Parsley, chopped
- 2 Spring Onions, sliced
- Baking Tray
Method
- Pre-heat oven to 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas Mark 6.
- Place the chicken wings into a large mixing bowl.
- Add the vegetable oil, chilli & garlic seasoning, dried oregano and salt, then stir thoroughly to evenly coat the chicken wings.
- Transfer the wings to a large baking tray and cook for 45 minutes until crispy.
- Pour over the buffalo sauce and stir to evenly coat the chicken wings.
- Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with the parsley and spring onions.
