Superbowl Buffalo Chicken Wings

These wings will be a a sure fire winner with everyone!

Ingredients

  • 1kg Chicken Wings
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 3 tsp Chilli & Garlic Seasoning
  • 2 tsp Dried Oregano
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 100ml Red Hot Buffalo Wings Sauce
  • 5g Parsley, chopped
  • 2 Spring Onions, sliced
  • Baking Tray

  

Method

  1. Pre-heat oven to 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas Mark 6.
  2. Place the chicken wings into a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the vegetable oil, chilli & garlic seasoning, dried oregano and salt, then stir thoroughly to evenly coat the chicken wings.
  4. Transfer the wings to a large baking tray and cook for 45 minutes until crispy.
  5. Pour over the buffalo sauce and stir to evenly coat the chicken wings.
  6. Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with the parsley and spring onions.
