Superfood Fruit and Nut Flapjacks

Need an energy boost? These delicious flapjacks include fruits, nuts, seeds and oats, as well as cacao and maca – a great source of vitamins and minerals and they taste amazing too.

Ingredients
- 100g Nature’s Nutty Combo
 - 70g pack Tropical Blend Dried Fruits
 - 70g pack Sunshine Seed Selection
 - 20g Maca Powder
 - 10g Cacao Powder
 - 2 medium Eggs
 - 100g Set Honey
 - 35ml Maple Syrup
 - 100g Oats
 - 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
 - 1 x 20cm square baking tin
 
Method
- Pre-heat your oven to 200°C/400°F /Gas Mark 6.
 - Chop the nuts into small chunks.
 - Add all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix well.
 - Line the baking tin with some greaseproof paper.
 - Put the mixture into the tin – push down with the back of a spoon.
 - Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
 - Allow to cool – cut into squares and serve.
