Superfood Fruit and Nut Flapjacks

Need an energy boost? These delicious flapjacks include fruits, nuts, seeds and oats, as well as cacao and maca – a great source of vitamins and minerals and they taste amazing too.

Ingredients

  • 100g Nature’s Nutty Combo
  • 70g pack Tropical Blend Dried Fruits
  • 70g pack Sunshine Seed Selection
  • 20g Maca Powder
  • 10g Cacao Powder
  • 2 medium Eggs
  • 100g Set Honey
  • 35ml Maple Syrup
  • 100g Oats
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 x 20cm square baking tin

  

Method

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 200°C/400°F /Gas Mark 6.
  2. Chop the nuts into small chunks.
  3. Add all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix well.
  4. Line the baking tin with some greaseproof paper.
  5. Put the mixture into the tin – push down with the back of a spoon.
  6. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool – cut into squares and serve.
