Pineapple in Blankets

Ingredients

  • ½ Fresh Pineapple
  • 8 Rashers Specially Selected Dry Cured Smoked Streaky Bacon
  • 20ml Honey

  

Method

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/Gas Mark 6.
  2. Cut the skin off the pineapple and cut into 8 wedges.
  3. Wrap a rasher of bacon around each piece of pineapple, then place on a baking sheet and drizzle with honey.
  4. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes and serve immediately.
