Sticky Pork Belly Bites

Ingredients
- 500g Pork Belly Slices
- 4 tbsp Honey
- 4 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 4 Garlic Cloves, chopped
- 2 tsp Chilli Flakes
- 3 stems Fresh Coriander, to serve
Method
- Slice the pork into 2cm wide pieces.
- Fry for 3-5 minutes until the fat begins to crisp.
- Quickly add the honey, soy sauce, chopped garlic and chilli flakes, stirring to ensure the pork is well covered.
- Stir frequently until the glaze reduces and darkens.
- When the glaze has reduced by about three quarters and is dark and sticky, remove from the pan.
- Sprinkle with chopped coriander.
- Skewer each with a toothpick and serve immediately.
