Sticky Sweet Pork with Hot Potato Salad
A hearty everyday favourite. Perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients
1 X 480g pack Pork Loin Steaks
130g Skeeters Original BBQ Sauce
170g Mixed Grapes
450g Maris Piper Potatoes
200g Green Beans
300g Cherry Tomatoes
125g Red Onions
150g Mayonnaise
1 X heaped tsp Paprika
1 X heaped tsp Dried Oregano
Sea Salt and Black Pepper
80g Sweet Chilli Sauce or homemade sauce (ingredients below)
Homemade sauce:
25g Squeezy Honey
Juice x ½ Lime
½ flat tsp dried crushed Chilli seeds
Makes – 50ml
Method
Preheat the oven to 200c/400F/gas 6.
Mix together the sweet chilli sauce or homemade sauce ingredients and the BBQ sauce
Cut the grapes in half.
Put the pork steaks into a baking dish.
Pour over the sauce and sprinkle over the grapes.
Bake in the oven for 40 mins uncovered.
Meanwhile wipe the potatoes, no need to peel.
Cut in medium size chunks and boil in some salted water for 10 mins – till just tender – then drain well.
Cut the green beans into small lengths - pour over some boiling water and leave for 5 mins – then drain well.
Peel and chop the red onions.
Cut the tomatoes in half.
In a salad bowl mix the mayo with the paprika and the oregano and mix well.
Add the potatoes, beans, tomato and red onions and toss together along with some ground black pepper.
Serve the pork alongside the salad.
