Chimichurri

Recipe

Serves:  6 people | Prep time:  10 minutes

Argentinian | Gluten Free | Vegetarian | Vegan | Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 tsp Specially Selected Mint Sauce with Balsamic Vinegar
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 20g Flat Leaf Parsley
  • 10g fresh Coriander
  • Grated zest of ½ a large Lemon
  • 120ml Olive Oil
  • 1 small Red Onion
  • 10g Red Chilli
  • Sea Salt and Black Pepper

Method

  1. Put the mint sauce and olive oil in a bowl and stir in the lemon zest.
  2. Peel and chop the garlic and red onion and add to the bowl.
  3.   Finely chop the chilli, coriander and parsley, add to the bowl and mix well.
  4.   Season with salt and black pepper and serve. Great served with lamb, steak, chicken and fish.
