Air Fryer Rump Steak Bites

Ingredients
- 500g Rump steaks
- 20ml Olive oil
- 1 x Heaped tsp garlic and herb seasoning
- 1 x tsp Paprika
- ½ tsp Ground black pepper
- ½ tsp Sea salt
For the dip / sauce:
- 60g Salted butter at room temperature
- 60g Mayonnaise
- 1 x Heaped tsp dried parsley
- 1 x Heaped tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 x Heaped tsp horseradish sauce
Method
- Trim any fat off the steaks and cut into large bite size chunks.
- Put in a bowl along with the olive oil, garlic and herb seasoning, paprika, salt and pepper and mix well.
- If time permits, marinate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the fryer to 200°C.
- Put the chunks of meat in the basket in a single layer. Cook for 6/8 minutes – depending on how you like your steak cooked.
- Meanwhile beat the butter, mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish and parsley together.
- Put the cooked meat on a plate – either drizzle over the dip or serve on the side – serve with red onion rings and rocket leaves, fries or wedges.
