Slow Cooked Beef Stew

Ingredients
- 1 pack Diced beef
- 3 x Carrots
- 250g Potatoes
- 3 celery sticks
- 1 pack Stew mix
Method
- Peel and slice the carrots and potatoes. Slice and cut the celery.
- Sauté the diced steak pieces in a hot pan until brown.
- Transfer all to slow cooker.
- Blend beef casserole meal mix with water as per pack instructions and pour over meat and vegetables in slow cooker.
- Set to low setting for 5 hours, stirring occasionally and adding small amounts of water if needed.
